Experiential, inquiry-based, authentic movement class for those who want to go deeper into the internal landscape of your body through embodied awareness and creative movement.

My 6 class series will be twice per month on Sundays from 4:00 - 6:00 PM. Each class will have a theme/area of focus, study and experiential exercises. This will be a closed group, for consistency, safety and building of concepts!

No experience is necessary, just bring your openness and curiosity! 💓
